However research is showing that doing just 3 minutes vigorous exercise could prompt advantages such as reduced insilin sensitivity leading to a reduced risk of coronary artery disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes, as well as improved cardiovascular functions.

20 Second Sprint is a timer for three 20 Second Sprints.
The timer starts with a 3 minute warmup, followed by a 20 Second Sprint.

There is a 1 minute rest, following by a second 20 Second Sprint.

After this there is another 1 minute rest, following by the final 20 Second Sprint.
